From 13 to 15 March 2026, Trieste will host the 18th edition of Olio Capitale, the exhibition dedicated to high-quality extra virgin olive oil. The event is organised by the Venezia Giulia Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with the “Città dell’Olio” National Association. This year's edition features exciting new elements and brings together hundreds of extra virgin olive oil producers from all Italian olive-growing regions, as well as from abroad, together with the Mirabilia Association.
