The Trieste Coffee Festival is a widespread event dedicated to coffee that wants to contibute to spread a more correct “coffee culture” and promote its conscious consumption, through meetings and initiatives aimed at the “general public”. The initiative, now in its ninth year, is designed to delve into the history of the long connection between the drink and Trieste, the traditions and innovations that have emerged over the years, and the characteristics and methods of coffee preparation, thanks to multiple activities scheduled for 2025.

The Festival will involve, as usual, crudists, roasters, producers, industry experts, historic cafes and new establishments and will feature meetings open to curious of all ages, workshops for children, events on the world of coffee and the famous challenge between baristas from Trieste for the best “CAPOinB”.
