Food, wine and more on the Karst plateau in Trieste from Saturday 17 October to Sunday 11 November 2026.

Also this year, the annual food and wine event Flavours of the Karst Plateau (Sapori del Carso) will promote traditional products from the Karst region in the local restaurants, bakeries and shops.

As always, the delicious dishes will be enhanced with wines from the Karst plateau, extra virgin olive oil, cheese from the Karst plateau, honey and other local products.
