Food, wine and more on the Karst plateau in Trieste from Saturday 18 October to Sunday 9 November 2025.

Also this year, the annual food and wine event Flavours of the Karst Plateau (Sapori del Carso) will promote traditional products from the Karst region in the local restaurants, bakeries and shops.

As always, the delicious dishes will be enhanced with wines from the Karst plateau, extra virgin olive oil, cheese from the Karst plateau, honey and other local products.

The Karst invites you on a journey through taste, tradition, and innovation! 2025 theme: Orange, symbolising energy, vitality, and well-being, featured in dishes and events to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Restaurants, bakeries, patisseries, ice cream parlours, bars, and wine shops will offer local specialties, wines, olive oil, cheeses, honey, and aromatic herbs from the region
