Taste the best of our territory! For two days, at the historic Covered Market in Trieste, the aromas, stories and flavours we love will dissolve the borders between Trieste, Karst, Friuli, Istria and the Balkans.

More than 50 farmers, including 16 Slow Food Presidia and prestigious guests from all over Italy, will be there to tell you about and let you try their small, sustainable and authentic food and wine products.
