Situated in an area of pristine karst, just three kilometres from the sea, the Mezzaluna farm blends tradition, flavour and atmosphere in a way that brings back the sensations of former days.
Tradition looks to the past to rediscover the aromas of this land and its spices: sage, rosemary, basil, fennel, thyme and mint can be found in all dishes, creating a mix of new sensations and emotions.
The kitchen also offers traditional dishes using home-reared meat, accompanied by wines of character, like their lands of origin: a red, the Terrano, full-bodied and intense, slightly sharp to the taste and with a fruity aroma; and a white, the Vitovska, which combines a delicate almond aftertaste with a karst fragrance.
And while adults enjoy a moment's relaxation, children, who have a special menu of their own, can look at the animals and play in a large and well-equipped playground.
