The Pernarcich farm has been in existence for over 250 years. The way of life and passion for animals has been passed down the generations.

Italian red spotted cows, valued for both milk and meat, are raised here. Pigs are also reared for cured meat products.

Grapes from vineyards near the farm are used to produce refosco red wine, and malvasia, vitovska and moscato white wines.

There is a wide selection of cured meat products to enjoy at Pernarcich, including ham, pancetta, salami, ossocollo and others. There is also an excellent choice of hot dishes, including barley soup, jota, gnocchi, bread dumplings with goulash or ragu, pancakes with red radicchio and pancetta, tripe, sausages, grilled beef, vegetables and seasonal side dishes.

Finally, there are desserts such as strucolo made with ricotta and walnuts, ricotta cream with seasonal fruit, and apple strudel.
