SUP in Trieste

The SUP Team Mano Aperta organizes lessons and tours in the Gulf of Trieste and the surrounding area with a stand up paddle, a large surfboard where you paddle standing up and you can admire various landscapes from the first outing.

Classes available all year providing SUPs, paddles and summer or winter clothing to all participants.

The SUP Team Mano Aperta has fifteen SUP and two big SUP, the large plates where they can go up to eight people.
