In Trieste everyone goes to the beach!

Cats and dogs are not the only pets that offer companionship.
In Trieste there is someone who goes to the beach with an iguana and 4 bearded dragons.

In Moletto di Miramare, between the Sticco bathing facility and the WWF nature reserve, you will find these cute little animals sunbathing with their owner, Giuliana Ruzzier.

They are not there as a tourist attraction. They sit in the sun for their own good. Giuliana takes them to the beach, under the sun, because otherwise they would not survive.
