Are you athletic? Do you enjoy keeping fit? Or perhaps you would simply like to try an original and unusual way to discover Trieste? Trieste Running Tours is here to help! Just put on a pair of trainers and a runner will take you on a guided jogging tour of Trieste!

A variety of routes are available to suit any need and level of athletic ability, including a 4 km, 6 km, 16.8 km and even a half-marathon, which takes you from the historic centre to San Giusto Castle and Miramare Castle on a spectacular seaside run. Not a runner? Don't worry - you can enjoy the route by jogging, fitness walking or Nordic walking!

If you want to recover your strength immediately afterwards, try Run & Taste. These easy and medium routes begin at 6:30 pm and finish at a buffet where you can taste local foods.
