Very central and easy to reach by bus. It has been extremely popular ever since it opened in the 1930s.

A bathing facility that, in concept. was modern or even futuristic for its time, it has all the amenities: pools, diving boards, sun loungers, restaurants and massage areas. It covers almost 6,700 m2 and can hold more than 2,000 people.

It continues to be frequented by a loyal over-60 clientele and by younger people who use it because it offers easy access, wellness services and entertainment for children.

The facility is open:

- from 20 May to 17 September 8.30-7.30pm.
- from 18 September to 1 October 9.00-6.00pm.
The Port of Trieste Harbour Office permits bathing from 1 June to 30 September between 9:00 am and 7:00 pm. Bathing is not permitted during other periods due to the absence of lifeguards.

During opening hours there is a refreshment area that can also be used by outside customers.
The restaurant is open from 7:30 pm to 10:30 pm (closed Mondays) and is also open to outside customers. Sunday also open for lunch from 12:30 to 2:00pm.
